Returns
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact Me within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect. l will replace the item at no extra cost.
- Non-Refundable: Due to the custom nature of my products, I cannot accept returns for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.
Exchanges
- Sizing Issues: I strongly encourage reviewing our size guide before ordering to ensure the best fit. Exchanges for size issues are not available as each product is custom-printed.
- Exceptions: If you believe there was an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or design), please reach out to me, and I will make it right.
